Refund:

Her Skin Care products are handmade to order.  Due to the nature of the product(s) refunds are not accepted.  Please contact Her Skin Care via email if additional customer service is needed. 

Shipping:

Please allow 7-10 business for shipping from the day your order was confirmed.  Tracking information will be sent via email once the item has shipped.  Expedited shipping rates are available.  Her Skin Care does not ship internationally at the moment.  THERE WILL BE NO LOCAL PICKUPS.

Her Skin Care is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.  Please ensure that you read ingredients, prior to purchasing. Patch test are recommended prior to use.  Should you experience irrigation, Please discontinue use.
